First Course (choice of): 

Fried Mushroom Ravioli with Marsala cream

Mac and Cheese Bites with BBQ bacon jam

Second Course (choice of):

Salmon Cake topped with citrus-fennel slaw and caper aioli

Low Country Reuben:  Smoked brisket, collard green sauerkraut, Thousand Island remoulade, and Swiss cheese on rye bread

Sweet Potato and Black Bean Empanadas with sun-dried tomato and ancho chile chimichurri

Third Course

Fried Cheesecake tossed in cinnamon-sugar with apple compote and salted caramel
